Hello FHS LAX Families & Players,
Parents who did not order Practice/Game Day apparel for your player in November will have another opportunity coming up this next week.
As discussed in the parent meeting this fall, players are required to purchase personal team practice and game day apparel. You will own this apparel & keep it. These items will be worn by players to practice & to school on game days so we all look like a team. To order these items click on the Breakaway Fairview Lacrosse Webstore link below.
The link for ordering will not be active until Monday Feb 1st. Please remember the orders must be placed by no later than Friday February 7th, 2016. This is your last chance to order and there are no extras so please take care of this as soon as you can.
These items are not “school lax uniforms”. Uniforms are only worn during game play & are owned by the school. Players check out uniforms for the season and return at the end of season.

The deadline is February 7th. These items will be shipped directly to your home hopefully by 1st week of March.

Each link contains all the items you need, just choose your sizes & submit the order.
You may also order additional or individual items via the a la carte links.
If you do not want to purchase the entire Practice Package, your player can wear non-branded plain grey sweats, plain grey hooded sweatshirt & plain black non-branded shorts for practices instead. We need players to purchase Game Day Apparel & shooter shirts for under their pads so they are consistent with the rest of their teammates.
Parents/players/siblings/fans may also purchase the FV LAX sweatshirts in black or grey and other a la carte items like extra socks, etc. NO Black sweatshirts will be allowed at practice for players, only grey.

We have opportunities for families to sell Business Banners for the FV Turf Field and we can apply these sales to fund apparel and equipment for players. We all understand the significant costs involved with these purchases and lacrosse in general and we want to support all kids and families who are interested in playing lacrosse at Fairview.
