SPRING BREAK WORKOUTS

Players,

As discussed, we will not be taking a Lacrosse Spring Break trip for 2016. You will be giving Friday -Wednesday off from practice.

HOWEVER, you will still be responsible for maintaining current levels of conditioning while you are away.

You will be required to do the following:

  1. Conditioning - Follow a brief conditioning program to maintain

  2. Body Weight - Follow a brief body weight program to maintain

  3. Stick skills - Complete at least 15 minutes of wall ball each day

I've attached three documents for you to follow in this regard. Coach Smith and Coach Burto will review these requirements today in practice.
